Welcome to this easy and delicious jalapeño popper recipe! In this recipe and video, I’ll show you how to make these cheesy, crunchy and spicy treats. All you need for this recipe are jalapeños, cream cheese, bacon, a chorizo and shredded cheese.
I’ll walk you through the steps of preparing the jalapeños, prepping the stuffing, and then wrapping them up with bacon.
And you can really be in charge of how spicy you want these to be. I used chorizo in this recipe, which has a little spice. But you can also add in some cayenne as well to take the heat up another level. Or the other way to increase the heat is to leave in some of the seeds and ribs. And the cream cheese will definitely take them down a bit, so don’t be afraid to make them spicer than you normally would.
Finally, I’ll show you how to air fry them until they’re perfectly golden and crispy. Use this jalapeño popper recipe also on the grill or smoker to try it with a new flavor profile as well.
